We currently offer the following delivery options here at Jade Dare. All prices are based on per order not per item. We aim to send out all orders placed before 1pm in the same day. The maximum time it will take to send out your order will be 2 working days (for Standard Delivery). You will be sent an email once the item has been dispatched. Do you offer free collection?
Yes we do. However it is only available for people that live or are willing to pick up from Sherborne, Dorset.
How to use our free next day collection:
1. Place your order online.
- If you live in or around the areas of Sherborne, Dorset UK and would like to place an order for collection you can email us at email@example.com, and we will do our best to reply to you asap. We will give you a code for free shipping and arrange the most suitable collection time for you.
- Order by Midnight and your order will be available to collect from us the next day (Mon-Fri). If you place your order after Midnight, it will be available for collection the day after tomorrow (i.e. orders placed after Midnight on a Tuesday would be available for collection on a Thursday).
2. We will let you know when your parcel is ready for collection
- We will send you an email when your items are ready for collection. (It will show up as order has been fulfilled.)
- If you do not arrive at the scheduled collection time and have not informed us. We will cancel your order and you will be issued a refund, you will receive a notification once this has been issued.
IMPORTANT! What to bring when collecting:
- Your ready for collection email.
- The card that you used to purchase the items, or photographic ID (a driving license or passport).
Someone Collecting on Your Behalf? Someone Collecting on Your Behalf? If you would like someone else to collect the order on your behalf, they must bring the confirmation email (if you forward them the email), along with their own ID. - This is just to be safe, so we do not give your order to the wrong person.
Do you offer international delivery?
As we are a new little business, we are unable to provide International Delivery. Be sure to keep checking back though, as this may change in the near future! However, if you would really like something - then drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to sort something out for you.
What should I do if my delivery hasn't arrived yet?
In the unlikely event of your order not arriving in the time frame you expected, then please get in touch with us via email at email@example.com.
- Please check that your order has tried to be delivered to your delivery address and been sent to your local post office due to no-one being there. - Please make sure you have given it enough time if such as 3-5 working days if you have chosen the standard delivery option. - However if you are concerned and need assistance, then please don't hesitate to send us an email or give us a call.
We hope that you fall in love with your purchase from Jade Dare. But for any reason you would like to return your products it is simple, just send your items back to us within 14 days and follow the below instructions found in the following questions.
How do I return my parcel that arrived in a cardboard box?
If your goods have arrived in a cardboard box, this will include a Royal Mail Returns Label, so simply stick this to your parcel and drop it off to your nearest Post Office within 14 days. If you opt for a refund, we will process a full refund (minus delivery charge) and a £2.50 handling charge. However, if you would prefer to send back your parcel without the provided returns label, that is fine! We would just recommend you use a tracked service so for both our piece of mind, we know it will safely arrive with us. :)
How do I return my goods that arrived in a pink bubble envelope?
We're not one of those to send our small items such as glitter & jewellery in a box that is way too big. So if your goods have arrived in a pink bubble envelope, due to Royal Mail's restrictions we are unable to provide you with a returns label. Therefore, please use the address label we have provided and send back to us using your preferred courier within 14 days. The cost of returning your goods is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service just to be on the safe side! :)
How long do I have to send my items back?
Please allow 14 days for your return to be processed and up to 21 days for your account to be credited. Once your returns have been processed you will be notified via email.
How long do I need to wait for my bank account to be credited?
Once we have received your items, we will issue you a refund. The refund can enter your bank account as early as a few days or even hours. However we would recommending leaving it 21 days before you raise an issue. If you have any concerns, then please get in contact with us.
I do not have a returns label, how do I get one?
If for any reason you do not have a Royal Mail returns Label, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you with one to print out.
To make an exchange, fill in the necessary details on your returns paperwork included in your parcel and return back to us within 14 days.If you are in a rush for an exchanged item, we would recommend you place a new order to ensure the new item you would like is in stock. This is due to us not being able to guarantee that the new requested item will be in stock when we receive your goods back. You are only able to exchange an item if it is of the same price or less. (If less, you will be refunded the difference) If you are wanting to exchange for an item more expensive, you will need to return the item and place a new order. If you have asked for an exchange for a new item, please note all exchange requests are subject to stock availability. Exchanges can only be dispatched upon receipt of the returned item(s). You will be notified if your replacement item is in stock and out for delivery. If it is out of stock, you will also be notified and will automatically be given a refund. All items that are exchanged using our exchange process will be sent out Royal Mail Standard and free of charge if the product is in stock.
